Stored browser script execution via unsanitized signup username

Stored cross-site scripting in signup.php in keerti1924 PHP MySQL User Login System 1.0 allows remote attackers to inject script via username. The signup.php registration handler inserts the raw POST username into the users table, and a later username display emits the stored markup as executable browser content. No authentication is required to register the malicious name, but execution requires another user to view a page displaying it; the demonstrated consequence is script execution in that user's browser.
