Out-of-bounds write in Santesoft Sante FFT Imaging 1.4.1 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code via a crafted DCM file. The DCM file-processing path writes attacker-controlled data beyond an intended memory buffer; finer code-level details are undisclosed. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious file, after which code runs with that user's privileges and can alter data or interrupt the application.
