Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG form upload

Stored XSS in Themeisle Otter Blocks 2.6.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through SVG form uploads. The Form Block accepts uploaded SVG content without sufficient sanitization, and affected output paths render embedded script without adequate escaping. No account is required to submit the file, but a user must open an injected page for the script to execute in that page's browser context.
