Authenticated RCE via unvalidated file path

Path traversal in PaperCut NG/MF allows remote authenticated users with admin access to execute arbitrary code on the application server. The generateNextFileName method uses a user-supplied path in file operations without properly validating that path. Exploitation requires an internal system identifier and details of another valid user, and successful attacks execute code with server-level privileges.
