Local file access via unchecked folder paths

Path traversal in Common Service Desktop on affected GE HealthCare ultrasound devices allows local users to access files outside the intended folder. The getAllFolderContents function accepts a caller-controlled folder path without keeping resolution inside the authorized directory. Exploitation requires direct physical access to the device and can expose or alter local data without interrupting availability.
