Local code execution via writable DLL directory

DLL search-order hijacking in BMC Control-M 9.0.20 before 9.0.20.238 and 9.0.21 before 9.0.21.201 allows local users to execute code. On user login, Control-M loads DLLs from a directory whose read and write permissions are granted to every user, allowing a planted library to be selected and loaded. A local user must plant a malicious DLL and wait for a login; successful loading runs the DLL with the application's privileges.
