Arbitrary file read via unrestricted read_file path

External path control in PaddlePaddle 2.6.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary host files through read_file. The paddle.vision.ops.read_file function accepts a caller-supplied filename and returns that path's raw bytes without confining access to an intended directory. Exploitation requires an application to pass remotely controlled path input to the API, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the PaddlePaddle process.
