Unauthenticated stored XSS via ll_reciprocal rendering

Stored XSS in Link Library 7.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through the ll_reciprocal parameter. The link-submission path stores ll_reciprocal without sufficient input sanitization and later renders it without sufficient output escaping. No authentication is required; the script runs in a visitor's browser whenever an affected page is viewed, enabling page-context data access or modification.
