Navigation content replacement via incomplete fetch cache key

Cache poisoning in Mozilla Firefox before 123 allows remote attackers to replace expected navigation content via a crafted fetch response. The networking cache key omits fetch-specific optional headers, so a header-dependent response can be stored and later reused for navigation to the same URL. Exploitation requires a cacheable response, a successful CORS preflight for added headers, and a later navigation; the browser can then display attacker-controlled cached content.
