Out-of-bounds memory read via mismatched buffer lengths

Out-of-bounds reads in Firefox before 123, Firefox ESR before 115.8, and Thunderbird before 115.8 allow remote attackers to read memory. DocumentLoadListener queues channel data in an nsCString, then rebuilds an nsStringInputStream while trusting aParams.count even when the stored string is shorter. Crafted overlong network data can make memcpy read beyond its 64 KiB backing buffer and crash the client; exploitation requires user interaction.
