ECDSA private-key recovery via biased nonces

Observable discrepancy in wolfSSL 5.6.4 and earlier allows local users to recover ECDSA private keys through nonce leakage. The wc_ecc_sign_hash path reduces random nonce material modulo the curve order with a variable correction loop, leaking a most-significant-bit bias through control flow. Exploitation requires high local privileges and repeated signature observations; affected curves such as SECP160R1 expose enough bias for lattice recovery.
