Contributor-level stored XSS via unchecked htmlTag attribute

Stored XSS in StellarWP Kadence Blocks 3.2.23 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through crafted Advanced Text blocks. The server-side block renderer uses the htmlTag attribute as an HTML element name without restricting it to expected heading and text tags. Contributor-level access is sufficient to save the crafted block, and the script executes in the site origin when a visitor opens the affected page.
