Authenticated command execution via query SQL injection
Published Feb 15, 2024 · Updated Aug 28, 2024
SQL injection in E-WEB Information Co. FS-EZViewer(Web) 10.5.x.x and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL commands. The query functionality fails to restrict user input before using it in database commands, enabling record reads, modifications, deletions, and system-command execution. Regular-user authentication is required; database dbo privileges extend the consequence to application administrator escalation.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected version<=10.5.x.x
