Database disclosure via unprepared cart_contents query
Published Feb 28, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
SQL injection in WP eCommerce 3.15.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to extract database information via cart_contents. The cart_contents value is insufficiently escaped before being added to an existing SQL query, which executes without sufficient parameter preparation. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the time-based blind response channel permits database contents to be inferred remotely.
