Service interruption via dependency-linker regex backtracking

Regular expression denial of service in GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service through a crafted go.mod file. The dependency linker's go_package_regex applies an ambiguous, backtracking expression to an attacker-controlled module path, causing CPU-intensive catastrophic backtracking. A low-privileged account that can place the file in a readable repository and repeatedly request its blob view can make the GitLab instance unresponsive.
