Script execution via unescaped date parameters
Published Mar 13, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Reflected XSS in Amelia 1.0.98 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts in a victim's browser through crafted date parameters. The booking page's date-parameter rendering path returns attacker-controlled values without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping. No authentication is required, but execution depends on a user opening a crafted link, and resulting script runs in the affected site's origin.
