CVE-2024-1468Network attack vector

Authenticated code execution via unrestricted file upload

Published Feb 29, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026

Arbitrary file upload in ThemeFusion Avada 7.11.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code on the server. The Avada_Page_Options::ajax_import_options handler moves an uploaded file into the public WordPress uploads directory without restricting its extension before decoding and deleting it. Contributor-level access supplies the nonce, and repeated large uploads can win the deletion race long enough to request an uploaded PHP file.
