Restricted file access via semicolon-stripped dot segments

Path traversal in Red Hat Undertow before 2.2.31.Final or 2.3.0.Alpha1 through 2.3.11.Final allows remote attackers to read restricted files. HttpRequestParser removes the semicolon from a /..;/ path segment and canonicalizes it as /../, although front-end proxies pass the original segment unchanged. An unauthenticated request can therefore bypass proxy path restrictions and reach application resources that the proxy intended to block.
