Heap corruption via uncapped MSISDN conversion

Heap-based buffer overflow in Open5GS 2.7.0 through 2.7.1 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt MME heap memory via S6a. In mme_s6a_subscription_data_from_avp, ogs_buffer_to_bcd receives the unbounded MSISDN or A-MSISDN AVP length after the preceding copy was capped to the destination size. Reachability requires an accepted Diameter peer, an attached subscriber, and a crafted ULA or ISD message; published evidence does not establish code execution or a specific crash.
