Network disruption and disclosure via truncated weights

Integer truncation in Linux Kernel before 6.12 allows local users to disrupt networking or disclose network information via ECMP configuration. The nexthop group UAPI stores each member's weight in an 8-bit field, so requested ratios above 255 cannot be represented and produce incorrect traffic weighting. Reachability requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in the network namespace and a high-fan-out CLOS deployment using nexthop weights above 255; consequences are limited to network handling.
