Memory corruption via racy undersized-buffer compression

Out-of-bounds write in Sereal::Decoder 4.000 through 4.009_002 allows attackers to corrupt memory during Zstandard compression. The embedded ZSTD_buildCTable path wrote codeTable[0] before verifying that the destination capacity was nonzero, while one-pass compression races can expose an undersized output buffer. Exploitation requires concurrent one-pass compression with a destination buffer below the recommended size; network reachability depends on the consuming Perl code.
