Arbitrary code execution via untrusted pickle loading

Unsafe deserialization in LlamaIndex 0 through 0.11.6 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through a crafted persisted index. The BGEM3Index.load_from_disk() method passes multi_embed_store.pkl from the caller-supplied persist_dir directly to pickle.load() without validation. Execution requires a local user to supply the malicious persist directory and an application user to load that index, after which the payload runs with the application's privileges.
