Authentication bypass in TVT NVMS-9000 before 1.3.4 allows remote attackers to read administrator credentials via its control protocol. The control-port request parser accepts a crafted queryBasicCfg packet marked for the admin account and executes the privileged query without validating credentials. Exposure of a configured control port is sufficient; responses disclose cleartext credentials, device identity, software version, and network settings.
