Insufficient session expiration in Nagios XI before 2024R1.1.3 allows remote attackers to retain access through an existing session. The password-change path updates the credential but does not invalidate every other active session token for the affected account. An attacker must already control a valid session; that session continues to authorize access to account data and permitted actions after the password changes.
