Path traversal in Huijietong Cloud Video Platform allows remote attackers to read server files through the fullPath parameter. The fileDownload downloadBackupFile action accepts an arbitrary filesystem path in fullPath without restricting resolution to the backup directory. The endpoint requires no authentication, and successful exploitation discloses files readable by the service; exploitation has been observed in the wild.
