Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized captureCommand

OS command injection in Dahua EIMS before 2240008 allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary system commands. The capture_handle.action interface passes the captureCommand HTTP parameter to an operating-system command without sanitization or authentication. A crafted unauthenticated request runs commands with the EIMS server process privileges, enabling data access, modification, or service interruption.
