Stored script execution via unneutralized log content
Published May 22, 2025 · Updated May 22, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in ABB ASPECT products through 3.* allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through log messages. ASPECT stores attacker-controlled log content without sufficient output neutralization, and its browser interface executes that content as script. Administrator credentials are required; execution can alter data in a subsequent browser context, with no reported confidentiality or availability impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
