Administrator-session script execution via unescaped email parameter
Published Apr 10, 2025 · Updated Apr 10, 2025
Reflected XSS in Feedify Web Push Notifications before 2.4.6 allows remote attackers to run script in an administrator's browser. The public views/register.php endpoint writes the email query parameter into its response without sanitization or output escaping. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to open a crafted URL, allowing script to act with that browser session's site privileges.
