Profile-photo removal via unchecked user key

Authorization bypass in WP Job Portal 2.2.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disconnect other users' profile photos. The deleteUserPhoto() function accepts a user-controlled key without validating that it belongs to the caller before clearing the associated photo reference. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and the underlying image file remains stored, limiting the effect to unauthorized profile-photo removal.
