Stored XSS via unsanitized notification content

Stored XSS in Appsbd Simple Notification 1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into rendered pages. The plugin accepts administrator-supplied notification content without sufficient input sanitization and later renders it without adequate output escaping, causing stored markup to execute in a visitor's browser. Administrator-level access is required, and the flaw is reachable only on multisite installations or when unfiltered_html is disabled.
