Reflected XSS via unescaped buscar parameter
Published Mar 11, 2025 · Updated Mar 11, 2025
Reflected XSS in Yaidier Countdown Timer 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts via a crafted buscar query. The saveform.php endpoint writes the buscar parameter into its response without sanitization or output escaping. A high-privilege user, such as an administrator, must open the crafted URL; script execution occurs in that user's browser context.
