Root code execution via excessive package-cache permissions

Code injection in the Debian package component of Sophos Taegis Endpoint Agent before 1.3.10 allows local users to execute code as root. The Debian package grants excessive permissions to files staged in package-manager cache directories, allowing unprivileged content changes before privileged package processing. Debian-based Linux installations are exposed; RPM-based Red Hat systems are unaffected.
