Stored XSS in Dario Curasì Cookie Notice Bar 1.3.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. The plugin accepts administrator-controlled notice settings, and its admin display template renders saved values without sufficient sanitization or context-appropriate escaping. Exploitation requires administrator-level access and affects only WordPress multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled.
