Authenticated object injection via untrusted deserialization
Published Feb 28, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
PHP object injection in WPBranch Tabs for WooCommerce 1.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject PHP objects. The product_has_custom_tabs function deserializes untrusted input and causes PHP to instantiate attacker-selected objects. Shop Manager-level access or higher is required, and file deletion, data retrieval, or code execution additionally requires a POP chain from another installed plugin or theme.
