Administrator file read via unconstrained fileID path

Path traversal in Bit Apps Bit Assist 1.5.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. downloadResponseFile joins the supplied fileID to the upload path and reads the resulting file without ensuring the resolved path remains inside that directory. An Administrator-level account is required, and the reported consequence is disclosure of readable server files.
