Subscriber-level metadata modification via missing capability check

Missing authorization in Event Post 5.9.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to update event post metadata in bulk. The save_bulkdatas function writes supplied bulk-edit values to post metadata without checking whether the caller can edit the affected posts. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to alter metadata on otherwise unauthorized posts, affecting integrity without reported data-reading or service-interruption impact.
