Discount-code creation via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in CodePeople CP Contact Form with PayPal 1.3.52 and earlier allows remote attackers to add discount codes. The cp_contact_form_paypal_check_init_actions() function processes discount-code actions without valid nonce verification. A site administrator must be induced to submit the forged request, which modifies the site's discount-code configuration.
