Subscriber email disclosure via unchecked AJAX export

Improper access control in ThemeGrill Maintenance Page 1.0.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to download subscriber emails. The AJAX-linked subscribe_download function exports the subscriber list as CSV without checking the caller's capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and disclosure is limited to email addresses stored by the plugin.
