Authenticated internal service access via unrestricted image request

Server-side request forgery in Kriesi Enfold 6.0.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access internal services. The avia_ajax_get_image_color function handles attachment_id by causing the server to request an attacker-selected location without restricting the destination. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to query or modify reachable internal services under the web server's network identity.
