Unauthenticated login throttling bypass via spoofed Client-IP

Authentication bypass in Bowo Admin and Site Enhancements before 7.6.10 allows remote attackers to evade per-IP login limits. The Limit Login Attempts module trusts the Client-IP request header as the client address, so changing that attacker-controlled value resets the key used to count failures. The module must be enabled; the bypass permits continued password guessing but does not itself grant account access.
