Unauthenticated file read via insufficient oEmbed validation

Arbitrary file read in Undsgn Uncode 2.9.1.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to read server files through an oEmbed request. The uncode_admin_get_oembed function fails to reject user-controlled file references before reading the referenced path. No authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosed impact is limited to files accessible to the web process.
