Administrator-context script execution via reflected query parameters
Published Feb 26, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2025
Reflected XSS in Sprint Experts WP Extra Fields 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts in an administrator's browser. The administrative page reflects the move_down and pmf___post_type query parameters into HTML without sanitization or context-aware escaping. Exploitation requires an authenticated high-privilege user to open a crafted link; the injected script then runs in that user's WordPress origin.
