Reflected XSS via unescaped id parameter
Published Feb 17, 2025 · Updated Feb 19, 2025
Reflected XSS in WP-Buy OWL Carousel Slider 2.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via the id parameter. The wpoc_edit admin page places the id query value into its response without sanitizing or escaping it, allowing script markup to run. Administrator-level dashboard access is required, and exploitation runs attacker-supplied JavaScript in the administrator's browser context.
