Unauthenticated order data disclosure via public export storage
Published Jan 31, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Sensitive information exposure in Order Export for WooCommerce 3.24 and earlier allows remote attackers to read exported order data. The legacy order-storage path leaves export files beneath /wp-content/uploads without restricting public retrieval, exposing order records by URL. The site must use WordPress posts storage (legacy); the default high-performance order storage configuration is not affected.
