Cross-user ticket disclosure via unchecked export key
Published Feb 12, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Insecure direct object reference in Majestic Support 1.0.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to export any user's ticket data. The exportusereraserequest function accepts a user-controlled request key and exports the referenced user's tickets without verifying ownership. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and the documented consequence is cross-user ticket-data disclosure rather than modification or service interruption.
