Authenticated PHP execution via unrestricted template inclusion
Published Feb 19, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Local file inclusion in Team Builder For WPBakery Page Builder 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The team-builder-vc shortcode handler uses the user-controlled team_member_style attribute to select a PHP template for inclusion without restricting it to bundled styles. Contributor-level access is required, and code execution depends on an includable server file containing PHP, such as an uploaded image.
