Stored XSS via unescaped shortcode attributes

Stored XSS in Simplebooklet PDF Viewer and Embedder 1.1.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via a shortcode. The simplebooklet shortcode handler places user-controlled src, width, and height attributes into iframe output without adequate sanitization or escaping. Contributor-level access is required to save a crafted page, and the injected script executes in a visitor's browser whenever that page is viewed.
