Stored XSS via unescaped shortcode attributes
Published Feb 18, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in Simple Pricing Tables For WPBakery Page Builder 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject web scripts. The wdo_simple_pricing_table_free shortcode accepts user-controlled attributes and emits them into generated pricing-table HTML without sufficient sanitization or context-appropriate escaping. Contributor-level access is required to store a payload; the script executes when any user opens the injected page.
