Command injection in GitHub Enterprise Server allows remote authenticated users to gain appliance admin SSH access through the Management Console. A service URL supplied through the console reaches command execution inside the actions-console Docker container. Exploitation requires access to the instance and an editor-role Management Console account; successful injection grants administrative SSH control of the appliance.
