Local code execution via current-directory DLL loading

Untrusted search path in OBS Project OBS Studio 30.0.0 through 30.0.2 allows local users to execute code via DLL planting. On Windows, DLL-loading code changes the process-wide search path and performs relative loads that can resolve a planted library from the current directory. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access to place a DLL in a searched location and runs that library in the OBS Studio process; the vendor disputes the issue because it considers that prerequisite equivalent to prior user compromise.
